I’m back…

After taking some time off to recover from surgery (which I still have a ways to go), I am finally ready to start showing up again.

In my time of rest, I have had a lot on my heart and mind and God has been showing me some exciting things to come.

I’m doing something new for the remainder of 2023 because there are just some things that can’t be conveyed in a written post.

I want to share my heart and the mission of Bounce Back Coaching and Consulting. This will be done through audio. However, I dare not call it a podcast, because that is not a commitment, I am ready to make. (Unless God says differently, but I’m praying He doesn’t)

This first “episode” is all about how it’s time for you to stop waiting on others to validate you and give you permission and how it’s time for you to give yourself permission because God already has.
